Lauren Arikan, wife of Turkish American Yusuf Arikan, is a Republican member of Maryland’s House of Delegates representing the 7th district. Leah Ersoylu

Leah Ersoylu was elected as trustee of the Newport Mesa United School District in Orange County, CA, in November 2020. She resides in Costa Mesa, CA, with her Turkish American husband Sarp Ersoylu and their daughter. Leah is president of Ersoylu Consulting that provides evaluation, technical support, and research services and has been an active member of the Turkish American community.
